Internship Description :
- The Young Talent Program is a structured development initiative designed to attract, develop, and retain high-potential recent graduates and early-career professionals.
- This program offers participants the opportunity to gain cross-functional experience, develop key leadership skills, and work on impactful projects while being mentored by experienced professionals.
Responsibilities :
- Participate in rotational assignments across different departments such as Marketing, Operations, Finance, Technology.
- Contribute to real-time business projects that drive strategic goals.
- Attend workshops, training sessions, and leadership development programs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve business challenges.
- Receive ongoing feedback and coaching from mentors and team leaders.
- Present progress reports and final project outcomes to senior leadership.
Requirements :
- Recent graduate with 0-1 year work experience.
- Strong academic performance and a passion for learning.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical thinker with a problem-solving mindset.
