NerdzFactory is a human capital and technology company that is based out of Lagos. Registered in 2017 but officially commenced operations in January 2018 with a capital of NGN25,000 from the founders room in Magodo, Lagos.
The organization, which is fully bootstrapped, has moved beyond just being a business that the founder runs from his room to a business that hires 13 full time staff and 20+ part time staff without still raising external capital. .
Over the years, we have grown in size and capacity, and we are preparing for our next phase of expansion.

Internship Description :
Responsibilities :
- Create compelling graphics for social media, websites, and other digital platforms.
- Edit photos to enhance quality, including cropping, retouching, and adjusting colours.
- Edit and produce engaging video content for various digital channels.
- Collaborate with the communications team to capture high-quality images using both mobile phones and cameras.
- Collaborate with the partnership and content teams to develop visually appealing materials.
- Maintain brand consistency in all designs and multimedia content.
- Assist in brainstorming and developing creative concepts for campaigns.
Requirements :
- A strong passion for graphic design and multimedia content creation.
- Foundational knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, Capcut, Premiere Pro) or other design and video editing tools.
- Basic photography skills, with experience using both smartphones and cameras.
- A keen eye for aesthetics, detail, and visual storytelling.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and time management skills.
- Prior experience or a portfolio showcasing graphic design and video editing skills is a plus.
- NYSC Corps Member currently serving in Lagos State with at least 8 months remaining until POP.
- Proximity to the job location is an added advantage.
