To be eligible for the Lagos State TESCOM recruitment, applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Must be a Nigerian citizen
- Must have completed the NYSC program or possess an exemption certificate
- Must not be older than 40 years at the time of application
- Good communication skills and a passion for teaching
- Must be physically and mentally fit
