Responsibilities :
Job Description:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the fishery segment
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the company’s customer base
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services
- Meet and exceed sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction
- Work closely with the production team to ensure timely availability of catfish products.
- Coordinate delivery schedules and logistics to meet customer expectations.
- Ensure quality standards are met and communicated to customers.
- Analyse market trends to identify demand patterns and sales opportunities.
- Monitor competitors’ activities, pricing, and product offerings.
- Provide feedback to management on market conditions and customer preferences.

Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Aquaculture, Fisheries, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the fishery or agricultural industry
- Strong understanding of the fishery business and its dynamics
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines efficiently and Willingness to travel within assigned territories to meet customers.
