Responsibilities :

Job Description:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the fishery segment
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand the company’s customer base
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services
  • Meet and exceed sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Work closely with the production team to ensure timely availability of catfish products.
  • Coordinate delivery schedules and logistics to meet customer expectations.
  • Ensure quality standards are met and communicated to customers.
  • Analyse market trends to identify demand patterns and sales opportunities.
  • Monitor competitors’ activities, pricing, and product offerings.
  • Provide feedback to management on market conditions and customer preferences.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Aquaculture, Fisheries, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the fishery or agricultural industry
  • Strong understanding of the fishery business and its dynamics
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines efficiently and Willingness to travel within assigned territories to meet customers.
