- The Beauty Salon Manager oversees the daily operations of the salon, ensuring exceptional customer service, smooth workflow, staff coordination, and achievement of sales targets.
- This role requires strong leadership, business acumen, and knowledge of beauty industry trends.
Responsibilities :
- Supervise and coordinate all salon staff, including stylists, barbers, pedicurists, and front desk.
- Ensure excellent customer service and handle client complaints or requests.
- Monitor inventory and manage supplies and product stock.
- Schedule appointments and ensure efficient time management.
- Implement promotional campaigns to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
- Oversee cleanliness, safety, and compliance with health regulations.
- Train, motivate, and appraise team members.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales, staff performance, and expenses.
- Monitor trends in the beauty industry and recommend new services or products.

Job Requirements :
- Candidates should possess a Master’s Degree.
- Minimum 8 years of experience as a salon manager or team lead.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Experience in customer service and staff supervision.
- Knowledge of salon software (e.g., Phorest, Fresha, etc.) is a plus.
