- Petcare Animal Hospital is looking for a compassionate and organized Clinic Assistant to support our veterinary team in delivering quality care to pets and excellent service to clients.
- The Clinic Assistant will help with daily clinical operations, attend to clients, assist veterinarians, and ensure the hospital environment remains clean, safe, and welcoming.
Responsibilities :
- Welcome clients and provide assistance with registration and appointment scheduling.
- Support veterinarians and nurses during consultations, treatments, and procedures.
- Help in handling and restraining pets safely and humanely.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the clinic, consultation rooms, and waiting areas.
- Assist with preparing and cleaning instruments and equipment.
- Provide basic pet care guidance and customer service to clients.
- Handle clerical duties such as filing, recording, and updating medical records when required.
- Ensure a smooth flow of clients and pets within the hospital.

Job Requirements :
- Previous experience in a veterinary clinic, hospital, or animal care setting is an advantage.
- Passion for animals and ability to handle pets calmly and gently.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational ability and attention to detail.
- Must be willing to learn and follow veterinary protocols.
- Minimum of SSCE/OND qualification (higher qualifications are an advantage).
