About the Role
About the Role
- We are seeking an experienced and talented Editor to join our team.
- The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of editorial disciplines and be highly knowledgeable about the rapidly evolving crypto sector.
- The incumbent will be responsible for overseeing the entire content and editorial process for a global digital publication on Web3, including Blockchain Technology, Decentralized Finance (DeFi), and the Crypto-economy.
Responsibilities :

Editorial & Content Management:
- Lead the editorial process: strategy, content review, editing, and approvals (news, analysis, long-form, newsletters, scripts).
- Manage writers and editorial associates; provide feedback to maintain quality standards.
- Develop interview-based articles, social media long-forms, and other special content formats.
- Support content marketing initiatives to grow reach and engagement.

Product & UX Content:
- Conduct UX/content research to support product development.
- Manage glossary development and product-related editorial content.

SEO & Content Operations:
- Perform SEO research, keyword/topic validation, and oversee backlink campaigns.
- Manage WordPress dashboard tasks: content indexing, uploads, and optimization.
- Lead monthly content audits to refine positioning, rankings, and collections.
- Maintain weekly content and deliverables trackers; ensure accurate publishing, attributions, and image requests.

Research & Industry Awareness:
- Track crypto/Web3 market trends, protocols, NFTs, DAOs, regulation, and CBDCs.
- Provide insights that feed into editorial strategy and product innovation.

Job Requirements :
- Degree in English, Journalism, Media, Finance, Law, Computer Science, or related fields.
- At least 2 years’ experience in editorial/content management (digital publication preferred).
- Excellent English writing and editing skills; strong attention to detail.
- Solid knowledge of SEO, content marketing, and Content Management Systems.
- Strong grasp of blockchain, crypto, and DeFi.
- Highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple workflows.
