This role requires a proactive individual who can manage queries, close sales, and provide accurate service support.

Responsibilities :

  • Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
  • Provide detailed and accurate product/service information
  • Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently
  • Close sales during customer interactions
  • Maintain proper records of all customer interactions
  • Follow up on outstanding requests and escalate complex issues to supervisors

Job Requirements :
