As a Customer Support Representative, you’ll play a key role in ensuring a seamless and positive experience for Chowdeck’s customers, riders, and vendors. You will be responsible for handling inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining the high standards of service our users expect.
This role requires flexibility to work outside standard office hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to meet operational needs.

Job Description
As a Customer Support Representative, you’ll play a key role in ensuring a seamless and positive experience for Chowdeck’s customers, riders, and vendors. You will be responsible for handling inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining the high standards of service our users expect.
This role requires flexibility to work outside standard office hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to meet operational needs.
Responsibilities :
- Provide timely and professional support to customers and riders via chat, phone, email, and social media.
- Manage customer orders — including modifications, cancellations, and refunds — and coordinate with internal teams for swift resolution.
- Stay up to date with the app’s features, policies, and processes to deliver accurate information.
- Contribute to the knowledge base and support documentation to improve customer experience.
- Maintain high-quality standards in all interactions, ensuring clarity, empathy, and professionalism.
- Share valuable insights and feedback from users to help improve Chowdeck’s services and products.
- Escalate complex issues to relevant teams and liaise with restaurants, riders, and payment partners for prompt solutions.
- Collaborate with the Operations team to meet the needs of our restaurant and rider partners.

Job Requirements :
- Bachelor’s Degree (BA/BSc/HND) from a recognized institution.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
- Fast learner with high adaptability and curiosity.
- Intuitive, analytical, and detail-oriented.
- Calm, patient, and empathetic when resolving complex issues.
- Passionate about improving customer experience and service delivery.
