Job Summary

  • We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service Representative with 1–3 years of experience in the sales and support of solar energy and CCTV surveillance products.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
    • Handling customer inquiries
    • Promoting products
    • Processing orders
    • Ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process

Responsibilities :

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and in-person at the showroom.
  • Provide accurate product information and technical guidance on solar and CCTV systems.
  • Assist customers in selecting suitable products based on their needs and budget.
  • Prepare and follow up on quotations, invoices, and delivery schedules.
  • Maintain proper documentation of sales transactions and customer records.
  • Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to ensure smooth product delivery and installation.
  • Manage customer complaints or issues efficiently and professionally.
  • Maintain a clean and organized customer service area/showroom.
  • Upsell and cross-sell related products and services to increase revenue.
  • Participate in periodic stock counts and provide feedback on customer trends.

Job Requirements :

  • OND/HND/B.Sc. in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in customer service or sales, preferably in solar and CCTV products.
  • Good knowledge of solar systems, batteries, inverters, CCTV kits, and accessories.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), and basic CRM tools.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Must reside in or be willing to relocate to Abuja.
