The Job

  • The Field Operations Lead is responsible for ensuring the successful and efficient implementation of the field operations in Nigeria.
  • You ensure that all program activities are implemented according to donor agreements and strategy.

Responsibilities :

  • Lead day-to-day programme operations, ensuring strong alignment with Tiko’s strategy.
  • Work closely with the Country Director on giving operational insight to all strategies and projects and team performance.
  • Use data and insights to drive improvements in service delivery and field efficiency.
  • Build capacity of mobilizers through training, supervision, and mentorship.
  • Strengthen partnerships with service providers, government, and stakeholders to expand reach and impact.
  • Identify opportunities for collaboration and innovation to grow Tiko’s footprint and referral networks.

Job Requirements :

  • A Degree or relevant working experience in a similar field.
  • 3+ years of experience working on community projects with adolescents and young people on health-related issues.
  • At least 2 years’ experience leading teams in field operations, M&E, or programme delivery within an NGO in Kenya.
  • Background in SGBV, HIV, or Sexual & Reproductive Health (clinical or programme settings).
  • Proven ability to manage stakeholders and foster strong partnerships.
  • Skilled in team capacity building and driving results against KPIs.
  • Excellent communication and report-writing skills.
  • You are currently based in Abuja, Nigeria (mandatory).
