Responsibilities :

Responsibilities of the IT Site Operations Manager at Seven Up Bottling Company

IT Operations Management (ITOP):
  • Oversee the daily operations of IT services and infrastructure at the site, ensuring high availability, performance, and reliability of IT systems.
  • Implement best practices for IT operations, adhering to ITIL or similar frameworks for effective service management.
Service Level Management (SLMO):
  • Monitor and report on the performance of IT services against agreed service levels and performance metrics.
  • Work with IT service providers and internal teams to ensure that IT services meet or exceed agreed-upon standards.
Incident and Problem Management (USUP, PBMG):
  • Ensure rapid response and resolution of IT incidents, minimizing impact on business operations.
  • Lead the identification and resolution of underlying problems to prevent recurrence of incidents.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Systems Engineering or a related field. A Master’s degree in a relevant field is advantageous. with a proven track record in managing IT services and infrastructure.
  • Proven experience in FMCG business.
  • Professional Certifications in IT service management, such as ITIL Foundation or higher, indicating a strong understanding of IT operations best practices.
  • Certifications in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) can be beneficial, showcasing skills in managing IT projects.
  • Technical Certifications relevant to the organization’s IT infrastructure (e.g., Microsoft, Cisco, VMware) demonstrate hands-on skills and knowledge in specific technologies
