About the Role
- We are seeking a highly creative, spiritually grounded, and strategically minded Social Media Manager to manage and expand the online presence of a dynamic leader who serves as a minister of the Gospel, entrepreneur, and business consultant.
- This role requires someone who can communicate with maturity, sensitivity, and a deep understanding of brand positioning.
- Ability to translate ministry messages, business insights, and personal leadership content into high-impact digital expressions.
- This is not a routine social media job — it is a purpose-driven role for someone who understands influence, integrity, and the responsibility of representing a multidimensional personal brand.
Responsibilities :
Brand Representation & Content Strategy
- Understand and consistently express the voice, tone, and values of the principal across ministry, business, and personal leadership platforms.
- Develop weekly and monthly content calendars for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube & TikTok.
- Maintain a clear differentiation between ministry content, business content, and personal brand content while keeping all aligned.
- Convert sermons, teachings, WhatsApp voice-notes, webinars, and consultations into powerful social media content pieces.
- Create engaging reels, quotes, carousels, graphics, and short-form videos.
- Write compelling captions that reflect spiritual depth, thought leadership, and professional clarity.
- Grow engagement, reach, and follower base using organic strategies.
- Respond to comments, inquiries, and messages with professionalism and spiritual sensitivity.
- Monitor brand reputation across all social channels.
- Track performance analytics and provide weekly/monthly reports.
- Optimize content for visibility, engagement, and overall brand impact.
- Stay updated with current trends, algorithms, and digital storytelling techniques.
- Handle sensitive ministry materials, personal media, and business documents with absolute confidentiality.
- Maintain integrity, maturity, and discretion in executing all tasks.
- Uphold the highest ethical standards as required for someone representing a minister and consultant.

Job Requirements :
Technical Skills
- Strong copywriting ability (inspirational, scriptural, business, and thought leadership styles).
- Proficient in Canva or Adobe tools for clean, premium designs.
- Skilled in video editing for reels and short clips.
- Experienced with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn & YouTube growth strategies.
- Ability to repurpose long messages into multiple content pieces.
- 2–4+ years experience managing personal brands, ministry brands, coaches, or consultants.
- Strong understanding of digital branding and audience engagement.
- Track record of growing social media pages or managing high-engagement accounts.
- Spiritually mature and able to handle ministry content responsibly.
- Discreet, reliable, and committed to confidentiality.
- Highly organized, self-driven, and consistent with deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills and emotional intelligence.
- Ability to work proactively with minimal supervision.
