- Seeking a highly organized, tech-savvy program manager to design, coordinate, and implement programs empowering Black women and girls
Responsibilities :
- Lead program design, planning and execution
- Develop and track impact reports, and milestones
- Manage key partnerships and relationships
- Manage storytelling and digital engagement

Job Requirements :
- 2–3 years in program management or nonprofit operations
- Strong organization and communication skills
- Proficient with Google Workspace & digital tools
- Passion for women and girls’ empowerment
