- We’re looking for an organised, sharp Recruitment Administrator who excels at sourcing!
- This is not a full-cycle (360) recruiter role.
- Your focus will be on two key areas: keeping our hiring process smooth and finding great passive candidates.
Responsibilities :
- Strategic Sourcing: Utilise expert Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and creative channels to identify and engage passive candidates across niche tech roles.
- Pipeline Building: Build and nurture deep, diverse talent pools for current and future openings.
- Candidate Hand-off & Conversion: Conduct screening, confirm qualifications, and drive candidates to formally apply using a unique, provided tracking link. Following application submission, you are responsible for immediately logging the candidate’s name in the designated tracker before officially handing off the warm lead to the Recruiter.
- Market Intelligence: Track competitor and market activity to inform our overall talent acquisition strategy.
- Automations: Creating automations through our CRM/Tracking Tool.

- Experience with advanced search techniques (like Boolean logic) or platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter is a bonus.

- Strong Communication: Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to professionally and engagingly interact with candidates and internal team members.
