We at Erocraves are urgently looking to hire a very creative Sales rep for our Lagos store (Lekki phase 1) and our Abuja Store (Gwarinpa) to contribute to increasing sales and closing sales deals on our provided social media platforms.
The Sales Rep will learn how to assist with the duties below:

• Customer Service (Respond to customer inquiries.)
• Managing Incoming calls.
• Handle customer complaints, and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives.
• Handle order logistics with the delivery companies and ensure customers get their orders on time.
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
• Must possess strong oral and written communication skills.
