Position Overview
Position Overview
- Join our dynamic team as a Tech/IT Training Coordinator to support the expansion of our training programs.
- Plan, organize, and manage all training-related activities — from trainee recruitment to training execution and evaluation.
- Demonstrate a proactive, people-oriented approach and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement training schedules and calendars for tech/IT programs.
- Coordinate end-to-end training logistics — from advertisements to trainee onboarding, attendance, and certification.
- Work with trainers and facilitators to ensure training quality and consistency.
- Manage trainee sourcing and maintain accurate records of participants.
- Support promotional campaigns and outreach to attract new trainees.
- Track and report on training progress, attendance, and feedback.
- Assist with budgeting, materials preparation, and resource management for training sessions.
- Collaborate with the Admin Assistant and management to ensure smooth program delivery.

Job Requirements :
- Minimum of HND or B.Sc. in any relevant field (Education, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related disciplines).
- Previous experience in a training coordination or similar administrative role is an added advantage.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, Google Workspace, and basic tech tools.
- Ability to multitask, work independently, and meet deadlines.
- Must reside in or around Sango-Ota, Alakuko (Lagos), Ojuore Ota, or nearby environs.
