Position Overview

  • Join our dynamic team as a Tech/IT Training Coordinator to support the expansion of our training programs.
  • Plan, organize, and manage all training-related activities — from trainee recruitment to training execution and evaluation.
  • Demonstrate a proactive, people-oriented approach and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities :

  • Develop and implement training schedules and calendars for tech/IT programs.
  • Coordinate end-to-end training logistics — from advertisements to trainee onboarding, attendance, and certification.
  • Work with trainers and facilitators to ensure training quality and consistency.
  • Manage trainee sourcing and maintain accurate records of participants.
  • Support promotional campaigns and outreach to attract new trainees.
  • Track and report on training progress, attendance, and feedback.
  • Assist with budgeting, materials preparation, and resource management for training sessions.
  • Collaborate with the Admin Assistant and management to ensure smooth program delivery.

Job Requirements :

  • Minimum of HND or B.Sc. in any relevant field (Education, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related disciplines).
  • Previous experience in a training coordination or similar administrative role is an added advantage.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, Google Workspace, and basic tech tools.
  • Ability to multitask, work independently, and meet deadlines.
  • Must reside in or around Sango-Ota, Alakuko (Lagos), Ojuore Ota, or nearby environs.
