Job Summary

  • The Technical Personal Assistant will provide high-level administrative, technical, and organisational support to the MD/CEO.
  • This role requires a blend of executive assistance, technical proficiency, and project coordination to ensure the smooth execution of business and technical tasks.
  • The successful candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities :

  • Provide day-to-day administrative and technical support to the MD/CEO.
  • Assist in preparing technical reports, presentations, and business documents.
  • Conduct research, analyse data, and provide insights to aid decision-making.
  • Manage schedules, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Serve as a liaison between the MD/CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Support in coordinating technical projects and ensuring deliverables are met.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information at all times.
  • Monitor and follow up on assigned tasks to ensure deadlines are achieved.
  • Handle correspondence (emails, calls, and letters) with professionalism.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and technologies relevant to the business.

Job Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Technical Assistant.
  • Strong technical background (IT/software proficiency, data analysis, or engineering knowledge).
  • Excellent organisational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
  • High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism.
