- The Technical Personal Assistant will provide high-level administrative, technical, and organisational support to the MD/CEO.
- This role requires a blend of executive assistance, technical proficiency, and project coordination to ensure the smooth execution of business and technical tasks.
- The successful candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities :
- Provide day-to-day administrative and technical support to the MD/CEO.
- Assist in preparing technical reports, presentations, and business documents.
- Conduct research, analyse data, and provide insights to aid decision-making.
- Manage schedules, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Serve as a liaison between the MD/CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
- Support in coordinating technical projects and ensuring deliverables are met.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information at all times.
- Monitor and follow up on assigned tasks to ensure deadlines are achieved.
- Handle correspondence (emails, calls, and letters) with professionalism.
- Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and technologies relevant to the business.

Job Requirements :
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Technical Assistant.
- Strong technical background (IT/software proficiency, data analysis, or engineering knowledge).
- Excellent organisational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
- High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism.
- Tech-savvy and detail-oriented.
- Strong time management and organisational skills.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving ability.
- Ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
- Professional demeanor and excellent stakeholder management skills.
