Job Summary :

As part of Turnkey’s technical support team, you’ll be the go-to expert for developers integrating our tools across web, mobile, and backend systems. Your day will revolve around reading code, troubleshooting issues, guiding integrations, and collaborating with engineering to make our platform even better.

It’s a fast-paced, highly technical role ideal for someone who enjoys thinking like both an engineer and a problem-solver.

Responsibilities :

  • Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues across Turnkey’s SDKs and APIs
  • Debug problems in TypeScript, React, mobile frameworks, and backend systems
  • Reproduce and document bugs, and work with engineering teams to fix them
  • Help customers set up authentication flows, signing logic, and configuration
  • Build example code, internal playbooks, and troubleshooting guides
  • Spot recurring issues and recommend improvements to docs and SDKs
  • Share product feedback from real-world developer experience

Job Requirements :

  • 2–6 years in technical support, solutions engineering, or software engineering
  • Strong knowledge of TypeScript and React
  • Experience debugging APIs (REST, JSON errors, auth headers, etc.)
  • Strong communication skills and customer empathy
  • Ability to move fast and context-switch in a startup environment
  • Bonus: crypto/web3 exposure, React Native, DevTools, Postman, Sentry, Grafana
