About The Role

  • We are looking for a technical writer to join our team and become the voice of our product’s documentation.
  • If you have a knack for making complicated things sound simple and enjoy helping people understand how technology works, this might be the perfect role for you.

  • Write for Our Customers: You will put yourself in our customers’ shoes, figure out what questions they might have, and then write clear, detailed answers for them on our support portal support.monnify.com.
  • Keep Everything Fresh: As our products evolve, you’ll be responsible for updating our documentation to reflect the latest changes and features.
  • Collaborate and Clarify: You’ll be the bridge between our technical teams and our users, translating complex jargon into plain, easy-to-understand English.

Job Requirements :

  • Can explain complex technical concepts to different audiences, whether it’s an engineer or a first-time user.
  • Has amazing attention to detail. You spot the missing comma and the confusing sentence from a mile away.
  • Is a great team player and can work comfortably with people from different departments.
