Job Description
- We are currently looking to engage a highly competent and result-oriented Videographer with strong personal & professional integrity to join our dynamic workforce.
Responsibilities :
- Generate ideas for the University’s video projects for the Department of Marketing and Public Relations.
- Execute shoots on site/on location, including audio, live video feed, camera operation, and talent directions. Handle assignments requiring special lighting, multiple locations, creativity, special audio needs, custom graphics, and animation.
- Assist with curating social media content for events, stand-alone campaigns, and other projects.
- Determine the content and format of productions; operate editing equipment; implement feedback from various sources as necessary.
- Produce educational, instructional, or event-based videos, including defining objectives, shooting in studio and remote locations, and converting existing video formats for editing.
- Direct multi-camera marketing and communications studio productions; supervise cameras, sound, character generator, teleprompter, and floor director positions.
- Create promotional clips using approved footage; upload videos to the Web, the Marketing Media Library, and video production archives.
- Liaise with the Digital Analyst and marketing team to maintain the University’s video gallery, YouTube channel, Facebook, and Instagram pages.
- Ensure production equipment is technologically up-to-date to meet departmental needs by researching, evaluating, and recommending equipment purchases.

Job Requirements :
- Relevant University Degree or its equivalent.
- Minimum of three (3) years’ videography working experience.
- A strong commercial videography portfolio that demonstrates expertise in applied techniques and a working knowledge of videotape production, as well as a thorough knowledge of audio, video, and multimedia hardware and software, is required.
